AICFC Signed a co-operative agreement for Liaoning Province (Dalian), China (January 18, 2018)
Signed a partnership agreement for AICFC Liaoning (Northeast China) in January 2018.

Chairman of AICFC, Dr Owen Chow, signed cooperative contract with the representatives from Dalian AICFC (Globe Financing Investment Beijing Asset Management Co Ltd) in HK Holiday Inn Soho on January 18, 2018. More cultural exchanges activities and financial educational programs for both AICFC, Dalian as well as the Liaoning Province, will be executed in 2018.
